About us

This website is operated by ABK Design ("we", "us", "our"), a small business based in Türkiye. Our products are handmade wall-mounted PC cases and desk accessories.

Orders and acceptance

  • When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm your order by email and ship it.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.
  • Please check your details before you pay. You are responsible for giving us a correct shipping address.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in the currency displayed in our store and may change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.
  • Payments are processed by iyzico. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Troy.
  • Prices do not include import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are your responsibility.

Handmade products

Each product is made by hand. Small differences in finish, wood grain, color or tolerance are normal and are part of the character of the product. They are not defects. Photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but colors may look different on your screen.

Custom orders

Custom or personalized orders are made specially for you and cannot be returned, except if they arrive damaged or defective. Please confirm all details with us before we start making your order.

Safe use and installation

  • Wall-mounted products are heavy. Mount them only on a wall and with fixings that can safely carry the weight of the case and all components. If you are unsure, ask a qualified person to help.
  • You are responsible for checking that your computer parts fit and work with the product before you install them.
  • We are not responsible for damage to your wall, computer components or other property, or for personal injury, caused by wrong installation, misuse or modification of the product.

Intellectual property

The ABK Design name, logos, product designs, photos, texts and all other content on this website belong to us and are protected by trademark, design and copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use them, or make products based on our designs, without our written permission.

Using our website

You agree to use this website lawfully. You may not try to interfere with it, bypass its security, or use it to send harmful or unlawful content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
