Who we are

ABK Design ("we", "us", "our") is a small business based in Türkiye that designs and hand-makes wall-mounted PC cases and desk accessories. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit abkcase.com or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Order information: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), shipping and billing address, and the items you order.
  • Messages: anything you send us through the contact form or by email, including your order number.
  • Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe to our marketing emails.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and browser information, IP address, pages you view, and how you arrive at our site and move around it.
  • This information is collected with cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies and analytics" below).

Payment information

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, iyzico, through Shopify checkout. We do not see or store your full card number, expiry date or security code. We receive only the confirmation that your payment succeeded.

How we use your information

  • To process and deliver your orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, and handle returns and warranty claims.
  • To answer your questions and give you support.
  • To send you marketing emails about new products and offers, only if you subscribed or where the law allows.
  • To understand how our site is used and to improve it, and to measure our advertising.
  • To prevent fraud and keep our store secure, and to meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with companies that help us run the store:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders.
  • iyzico, our payment provider.
  • FedEx, our shipping carrier. They receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order.
  • Analytics and advertising providers, such as Google and Meta, which help us understand site traffic and measure ads.
  • Our email marketing provider, if you subscribe to our newsletter.
  • Authorities, when we are required to do so by law.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, understand traffic with tools such as Google Analytics, and measure advertising with tools such as the Meta Pixel. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, some parts of the site, such as the cart, may not work properly.

Marketing emails

If you subscribe, we will send you news and offers by email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email, or by contacting us.

International transfers

We are based in Türkiye, and our service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

How long we keep your information

We keep order records for as long as we need them to provide support and warranty service and to meet accounting and legal requirements. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. After that, we delete or anonymize the data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy.
  • Ask us to correct or delete your information.
  • Object to or limit how we use it, and withdraw consent you gave earlier.
  • Opt out of the sharing of your information for advertising purposes.

Security

Our store runs on Shopify, which encrypts data in transit and follows strict security standards. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our store is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
